Tax certificate fees for a number of municipalities have changed, effective January 1, 2025.
The fees have increased per the table below:

District of North Vancouver | $135.05 |
City of Richmond | $127.05 |
Tax certificates can be ordered using the Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) service accessed on myLTSA Enterprise under the Service Providers menu. TCOL is operated by Access Point Information Canada (APIC).
