Effective November 23, recent changes to Land Owner Transparency Act (LOTA) filing forms – the removal of file reference from the property information field, addition of legal descriptions, and other small changes – do not require the forms to be re-certified unless the timestamp on the execution copy and Web filing form are different.

LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters in Victoria, New Westminster and Kamloops are open by appointment only. Customers can contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) to book an in-person visit.
