Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

[Resolved] System Alert: Scan on Demand (SOD) Delays

RESOLVED 10 May 2021: The technical issue impacting Scan On Demand requests has been resolved. Some delays will continue today as we work to resolve the order backlog. Thank you for your patience.

Customers are advised that Scan on Demand (SOD) requests assigned to LTSA’s Kamloops or Victoria offices are currently on hold due to a technical issue. Delivery of these SOD requests will be delayed until the issue is resolved. SOD requests assigned to our New Westminster office are not affected.
