As part of the LTSA’s Verified Transaction initiative to enhance security and trust for property transactions, the Director of Land Titles has published minor updates to a selection of web filing forms enabling expanded digital credentials for land title submissions. LTSA is currently piloting the use of a new digital credential with a small group of participants.

The new Part 5 establishes a scheme for professionals to electronically sign and certify land title documents using digital member credentials. Other consequential updates were also made throughout the E-filing Directions to support this change.
