Effective February 9, version 22 of the Application to Deposit Plan (DSPL) form is available for new submissions.
The form and associated policy documents have been published with the following changes:
- Application to Deposit Plan version 22 – Updated authorized signatory name from Minister of Forests to Minister of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship for applicable approval types.
- Valid and Retired Versions of Electronic Forms 1.14 – Added DSPL V22 to the table of valid versions with an effective date of Feb. 9, 2024. All prior versions remain active.
- Electronic Land Title Plan and Plan Application Requirements – Updated authorized signatory name from Minister of Forests to Minister of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship for applicable approval types.
