President and Chief Executive Officer

Connie Fair, MBA, CPA, CMA, ICD.D is the President and CEO of the LTSA. She reports to the LTSA’s Board of Directors and is responsible for the executive oversight of the company.

Liza Aboud

Vice President, Customer Experience and Communications

Liza Aboud, MBA, ABC, oversees the enhancement of the LTSA's electronic services through customer consultation. She also manages strategic communications and research functions.

Rob Cutler, CPHR, is responsible for the overall people strategy and planning for the organization.

Vice President, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs

Leslie Hildebrandt, LL.B., ICD.D leads the LTSA's corporate legal and regulatory services and her team directly supports the LTSA's corporate governance, compliance and public administration accountabilities.

Director of Land Titles

Craig D. Johnston, LL.B., is the Director of Land Titles for British Columbia, and is responsible for the operations of the land title offices and the regulation of land title practice in the province.

Vice President, Business Innovation and Chief Information Officer

Al-Karim Kara, MBA, FCPA, FCMA, C.Dir is responsible for leading the organization in innovation, technology and business process change, business development, as well as leading and overseeing programs related to information security, IT services, and strategic IT planning.
