Later this month, several myLTSA enhancements will be introduced to prevent defects and minimize application turn around times. New validations will check for the signatory names on Forms A, B and C, and related plan numbers and document reference on Strata Property Filing forms, respectively. In addition, a warning will appear if fractional interest is not entered when the number of transferors on a Form A is less than the number of interests on title.
