Changes Ahead for the Ltsa.ca Website

This year, the COVID-19 pandemic has put a spotlight on the importance of clear, accurate and trusted online information. The LTSA’s corporate website and online services have never been more essential to our customers.

Customers visit LTSA.ca with varied needs and expertise in the real property market. We are committed to helping our customers easily access the correct information to meet their needs. Over the past six months, the LTSA collected and listened to customer feedback. Based on that feedback, a new LTSA.ca website will be launched in November 2020.

The new LTSA.ca will improve the clarity and organization of information. An updated navigation will be organized around our three main customer groups – Property Owners, Professionals and Government – with a final section for our Products & Services.

We understand that it is often in stressful times that property owners must interact with us. We are working hard to make that experience as straightforward and clear as possible. The new LTSA.ca will present instructions to property owners using plain language. We have also reduced duplicated content, so instructions are straightforward and concise.

For regular visitors of our website, we will ensure broken links are avoided and frequently used webpages are redirected to their new locations. Customers who use LTSA.ca to login to myLTSA will find easy access to the login page from the LTSA.ca homepage.

The new website sets up the LTSA to integrate new innovative tools in the future, allowing more customers to get what they need in a trusted and convenient manner.

In these times, when online information is relied on even more, we are appreciative of our customers who have helped us design a more customer-oriented corporate website. Your feedback has been a crucial component of this process.

We recognize change requires adjustment, and we will be here to help. We will offer assistance and resources, so your professional duties can continue uninterrupted. We also would like to assure you that there are no impacts to the myLTSA portal or help.ltsa.ca website.
