Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

ParcelMap BC Spatial Improvement Assessment App 2.0

ParcelMap BC customers are advised that a new release of the Spatial Improvement Assessment App (v. 2.0) is scheduled to be available this Friday, December 11, 2020.

The Spatial Improvement Assessment App provides a visual assessment of parcel fabric accuracy to identify misaligned areas across the province that inform the planning for Spatial Improvement Areas. The app provides ParcelMap BC customers with transparency and insight into LTSA’s plans for spatial improvements.

Since the initial release of the Spatial Improvement Assessment App in 2018, LTSA has listened to customer feedback and responded with improvements. The new version provides customers with improved accuracy, transparency and faster updates.
