Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Director of Land Titles Updates Guidance for Caveats Signed by the PGT

In response to customer feedback, the Director of Land Titles now enables designates to submit a true copy rather than the original supporting document for two forms when signed by the Public Guardian and Trustee:

  • Form 38 Caveat
  • Form 39 Release of Caveat

This is reflected in an update to the Changes to E-filing Directions for Supporting Documents (COVID-19 update) guide.
