Improvement to Web Filing Form B (Mortgage)

Customers are advised the Web Filing Form B (Mortgage) now includes an option in the ‘Lender (Mortgagee)’ section to automatically generate the following text above the postal address: ‘A Canadian Chartered Bank Having a Branch Office and Postal Address at’.

By selecting this option, data-entry is reduced and the application is more likely to be processed quickly by LTSA. This is one of a number of changes being introduced in Web Filing over the coming months to improve accuracy and efficiency, and provide ongoing improvements to the submission process.
