The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) has been recognized as one of BC’s Top Employers in 2020 by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. “The land title registry is a trusted source of truth and that’s what drives our employees,” says Connie Fair, President and Chief Executive Officer. “At the same time, we offer our employees an experience that is different from your typical land title registry – we celebrate innovation and technology to deliver a positive customer experience while also improving the consistency, accuracy and efficiency of our services.”

“We provide our employees with meaningful career opportunities, ” says Rob Cutler, VP Human Resources. “Working at the LTSA means helping provide responsive and trusted expertise, as well as reliable land title and survey systems, both of which are an essential foundation to economic and social prosperity for our province.”

The LTSA and its subsidiaries currently employs approximately 175 people in four offices throughout the province. A variety of career opportunities are available in areas such as customer operations, policy, human resources, communications, and information technology.

Now in its 15th year, BC’s Top Employers is a special designation that recognizes those employers in BC that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs to attract and retain talented employees.
