The LTSA confirms all forms for land title submissions, including the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) return, are now available in Web Filing. We encourage customers to become familiar with Web Filing and begin using the new system in the coming weeks. As the use of Web Filing forms continues to grow, PDF forms will be phased out, beginning with Surveyor General forms by July 30, 2020 and the PTT return this Fall.
A number of resources are available to support customers transitioning to Web Filing. The next live webinar on Web Filing is scheduled for August 19 and is now open for registration. Tutorial videos and help articles are also available on help.ltsa.ca. The myLTSA Technical Support team is available to answer questions and help resolve any issues you may experience.
Web Filing features include:
- Built-in help information;
- A template function to save frequently-entered information;
- A collaboration tool to assign editing and e-signing permissions to users in another organization; and
- All-in-one calculations for the Property Transfer Tax, as well as a summary breakdown of calculations.
The LTSA continues to seek customer feedback on Web Filing to develop further system enhancements and functionality.
