LTSA Announces Retirement of President and CEO Connie Fair

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) announces President and CEO Connie Fair has advised the Board of Directors of her plans to retire. The Board has retained an executive search firm to support recruitment of the next CEO; Connie will remain in the position until a new candidate has been selected.

Connie joined the LTSA as President and CEO in January 2016. During her time with the organization, the LTSA has become one of the leading land title authorities in the world.

“The last five years have been an exciting time for the LTSA and I am very proud of what we have accomplished,” says Fair. “Through technology and innovation, we have modernized the land title and survey systems of BC. We have also contributed to the Provincial government’s plan to address housing affordability for our residents with products such as the Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR) and soon the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR). I am leaving the LTSA in the hands of a very capable Senior Leadership team and experienced Executive Committee, guided by a strong corporate strategy. I look forward to seeing what the organization will accomplish next.”

The LTSA Board has formed a search committee to work with the executive search firm to select the LTSA’s next CEO. More information on Connie’s retirement date will be available once a decision has been made.
