LTSA Front Counter Reopens on September 27, 2021 By Appointment Only

Update – April 11, 2022: Wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory, but is appreciated.

Beginning September 27, LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters in New Westminster, Kamloops, and Victoria are open by appointment only. To book an appointment, please contact our Customer Service Centre by phone – Greater Vancouver area at 604-630-9630 or elsewhere in BC, Canada and the US at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) – and press Option 1. Appointments will be scheduled Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. During the call, the customer service representative will review the reason for your visit and provide guidance to help you prepare. Unfortunately, walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time.

Once an appointment is booked, customers will receive an email confirming the date, time, location, and other details such as up-to-date office protocols. All applicable paperwork must be completed prior to arrival at the front counter.

We encourage customers to consult a legal professional for land title transactions. Optionally, select applications can be submitted by mail. Instructions, including forms and mailing address, for manual submissions are available in our Courtesy Guides.

LTSA will continue to follow the advice and direction from the Provincial Health Officer and BC Centre for Disease Control to ensure reopening plans follow proper protocol for the safety of our customers and staff. Please be advised that face masks are required at this time.
