Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

LTSA Front Counters to Reopen in September 2021

With the Province moving through to the next step of its COVID-19 Restart plan, customers are advised that front counters of the Land Title Offices in New Westminster, Kamloops and Victoria will reopen by the end of September. To ensure a safe visit, new visiting procedures will be introduced with details to be confirmed in the coming weeks. Please visit or follow us on Twitter for updates.

We encourage customers to consult a legal professional for land title transactions. Optionally, select applications can be submitted by mail. Instructions for manual submissions, including forms and mailing address, are available in our Courtesy Guides.

LTSA will continue to follow the advice and direction of the Provincial Health Officer and BC Centre for Disease Control to ensure reopening plans follow proper protocol for the safety of our customers and staff.
