The Business Plan outlines the LTSA’s activities over the next three years to both uphold our commitment to deliver reliable land-related registries with expertise and innovation, and achieve our vision of improving the functioning of the real property market, including performance measures to track success. Our strategy is to maintain our focus on operational excellence while we grow by delivering additional services for our customers. To successfully fulfill the strategy, we will continually ensure we are customer-centric in everything we do.
