myLTSA Submission Process Improvements

Customers are advised the Web Filing submission process has been improved to include a new Validate Package button located on the Package page. Customers can now validate their package earlier in the Web Filing submission process.  The new Validate Package Web Filing function replicates the validation on the EFS page, which confirms that mandatory data is complete and applications are in the correct sequence.  New Power of Attorney forms are available on the application page for a smoother filing experience.

LOTR filings and related plans can be addressed on the EFS page. Later this summer, a LOTR Filing Reference feature will be introduced in Web Filing to allow direct submissions.

Over the next few months, additional improvements will be introduced in Web Filing to increase accuracy and efficiency. For help with Web Filing visit help.ltsa.ca.
