New Web Filing Features and Forms Now Available
The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) has added new features and forms in Web Filing. We encourage customers to begin using Web Filing and provide feedback to contribute to our ongoing development efforts.
The new features include a template function which enables users to save frequently-entered information for greater efficiency, and a new collaboration tool which allows customers to assign editing and e-signing permissions to users in another organization. The LTSA will continue to refine and enhance Web Filing functionality over the coming months, introducing changes gradually to minimize disruption to our customers’ business and improve collaboration on system design.
Additional forms now available in Web Filing are:
- Strata Property Act Filing form
- Consolidated Surveyor General (SG) form
- Form 17 SG
- Post Renewal form
The Property Transfer Tax (PTT) return in Web Filing will follow in the coming weeks.
Tutorial videos and help articles are available on the LTSA Help Site to support customers transitioning to Web Filing.
