New Web Filing Features Coming in June

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is introducing two new features in Web Filing this month, along with additional Web Filing forms including the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) return and forms for land surveyors. We are continually refining and improving Web Filing in collaboration with customers about the system design.

Through customer feedback, we learned that the ability to automatically populate sections of Web Filing forms with commonly-used information is important, particularly when submitting large packages with multiple forms. Web Filing has been enhanced with a new template feature that enables users to save frequently entered information, such as applicant information, which can then be added to new forms. Templates are an efficient and flexible way to complete Web Filing forms while reducing data entry errors.

Customers will also see a new collaboration tool in Web Filing, which allows customers to assign permissions to users in another organization for editing and e-signing applications. This feature can be useful to customers who rely on external parties to prepare or assist with completing Web Filing packages using myLTSA Enterprise.

In the coming weeks, additional tutorial videos and help articles will be added to help.ltsa.ca to support customers transitioning to Web Filing. We encourage customers to visit LTSA.ca/web-filing for more information, or contact moreinfo@ltsa.ca with any questions.
