PDF Versions of Surveyor General Forms Now Retired

As announced on June 30, the PDF versions of Surveyor General forms are now retired. Land surveyors must use the Web Filing versions of these forms moving forward. Web Filing forms can be accessed through the Web Filing menu option in myLTSA.

On June 15, 2020, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) introduced Web Filing forms for all Surveyor General applications, with the exception of the CLRS form. The preparation and submission of the “Survey Plan – Submission to Surveyor General – LTSA” (CLRS) form used to certify and submit Land Act, Oil & Gas Activities Act (well site), Mineral Tenure Act, Coal Act and Former Indian Reserve Survey plans remain unchanged at this time. Use of the current PDF template form version 19 will continue as is.
