File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.
Reminder: eStrataHub Through BC OnLine Retiring on July 31; Migrate Your Orders Today
Launched mid-June, customers can now access eStrataHub through their myLTSA Enterprise account to order strata documents. Access to eStrataHub through BC OnLine retires on July 31 and new orders are no longer being accepted.
Owned by Access Point Information Canada (APIC), eStrataHub is a leading strata document ordering platform for multi-family communities, serving thousands of real estate agents, lawyers, and notaries.
myLTSA Enterprise customers who use BC OnLine for eStrataHub can access past orders using a migration tool developed by APIC. To initiate the migration, customers need to log into their myLTSA account.
All order migrations must be completed by July 31, 2021. Information about the migration process can be found on APIC’s website.
To set up a myLTSA Enterprise account, simply follow account set up instructions or go directly to the registration form. Allow up to five business days for the account to be fully activated.
