Please be aware that LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters are open 9 am – 3 pm, Monday to Friday by appointment only. Many common transactions are now available online. To book an in-person visit, contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) .
Customers are reminded that, as previously announced, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) offices will be closed on September 30, 2021 to observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. myLTSA and other automated systems will remain operational in accordance with our System Availability guidelines.
Office operations—including the customer service centre and technical support—will reopen on October 1, 2021.
