The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) has corrected the language issue announced on June 11, 2020. The execution language in all Draft status packages that include Form A and/or Form B applications has been automatically updated as well.
For any ‘in process’ applications that were printed between May 3, 2020 and June 13, 2020 but have not yet been submitted, please regenerate the execution copy to ensure it contains the same execution language as the electronic document.
If the ‘in process’ application has already been executed but not yet submitted, please proceed using one of these options:
- OPTION ONE: Wet-ink correct the execution language on the affected form(s) and submit the application.
- OPTION TWO: Regenerate the Form A and/or Form B in Web Filing and have it re-executed.
All Form A and Form B applications that were submitted prior to June 15, 2020 with the incorrect execution language have been validly registered and no further action is required by the applicants.
