Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Search of the Land Owner Transparency Registry begins April 30, 2021

Beginning April 30, 2021, search of the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) is available by using myLTSA.

The public can search LOTR by the name of a person (individual or corporation) or by parcel identifier (PID). Only individuals listed in a transparency report as a reporting body, an interest holder or a settlor are searchable in LOTR. A fee of $5.00 per LOTR search applies.

LOTR has received a total of 7,359 transparency reports since the registry was launched on November 30, 2020 to the end of March 2021. Pre-existing owners that are reporting bodies with an interest in land are required to file a transparency report by November 30, 2021.
