Small Refinements to Web Filing Submission Process

Effective February 1, 2021, customers will see minor changes to Web Filing submissions in myLTSA. These changes are intended to make the Web Filing process easier and to avoid creating duplicate packages.

One of these changes can be seen at the end of the submission process. After a Web Filing form is submitted using the ‘Prepare Submission’ button, the name of the button will change to to ‘Go To EFS Package’. Using this button will return you to your existing EFS submission.

To learn more about how to use new features in Web Filing, visit help.ltsa.ca. Additional package management features along with workflow enhancements are coming to Web Filing in Spring 2021.
