Customers using econveyance software (Dye & Durham) may experience technical issues when submitting a Form B (mortgage) Web Filing form. To avoid form errors or failure, ‘re-send’ the form from within the econveyance application to update the myLTSA version of the form.
For e-signed applications, econveyance advises that customers can edit the Web Filing form in myLTSA to remove the digital signature and then re-send the data through econveyance without affecting the original date stamp.
