Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Internet Explorer 11 or Other Supported Browsers Required to Access myLTSA by November 15, 2016

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) would like to remind its customers using Internet Explorer to upgrade to version 11 or switch to a modern compatible web browser to access myLTSA.Effective November 15, 2016, customers who are using browsers other than those listed in the myLTSA system requirements may find that the myLTSA service is not accessible, some features no longer function, or that other unexpected errors may occur.Customers using older versions of Internet Explorer should contact their IT administrators to upgrade browsers to either Internet Explorer version 11 or other supported browsers. As a publicly accountable, statutory corporation that administers the land title and survey systems of BC, the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) takes system security, data integrity and information privacy very seriously.
