Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

UPDATE: Practice Bulletin 01-20

Following the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) announcement of March 31PB 01-20 Process for Remote Witnessing of Affidavits for use in Land Title Applications has been revised to provide further direction on affidavits as supporting documents attached to a Declaration form.

Practice Bulletin 01-20 has been updated with the following revisions:

  • Amended approvals to include the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia
  • Removed the certificate from paragraph 8 and amended and combined the content in paragraphs 8 and 9 to provide further direction on affidavits as supporting documents attached to a Declaration form
