Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Versions 12 and 13 of the Land Title Application to Deposit Plan Form Now Retired

As previously announced on July 25, 2019, the Director of Land Titles will retire Versions 12 and 13 of the Application to Deposit Plan form, effective February 28, 2020. Older versions of the retired Application to Deposit Plan form will only be accepted after February 28, 2020 if they were electronically signed on or before February 28, 2020.

Note: The Director has extended the retirement date for versions 14 and 16 to August 31, 2020. The current version of land title forms can be downloaded from a myLTSA Enterprise account or from the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia website.
