Web Filing Enhancements Coming in August 2021

In August, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) will introduce several enhancements to the myLTSA submission process, including the ability to submit Land Title packages directly from the Web Filing dashboard and add a LOTR reference in Web Filing.

Additional features will streamline the workflow experience to increase accuracy and efficiency. Package and document status, document numbers, and a link to imprinted instruments will be displayed. In the Web Filing inbox (View All Packages), notifications for Web Filing packages will be listed, and can be filtered by file reference.  Customers will also be able to edit, print and e-sign Web Filing forms after the initial submission to correct an error or omission as well as manage submissions based on package status.

The majority of Web Filing packages will be submitted directly from the Web Filing dashboard, while complex submissions with deferred dates, plan related forms, or multiple entities participants will continue to be filed via the Electronic Filing System (EFS).

Contextual help and how-to videos will be available to provide guidance. For more information about Web Filing visit help.ltsa.ca.
