Web Filing Enhancements Now Available

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) has introduced several enhancements to Web Filing to increase accuracy and efficiency in the myLTSA submission process.

The majority of Web Filing packages can now be submitted directly from Web Filing. Once the “Submit” button is pressed, the package will be released to the Land Title Office. For complex submissions with deferred dates, plan related forms, or multiple entities participants, customers will continue to file via the Electronic Filing System (EFS). In Web Filing, customers can also access the LOTR reference.

Additional features to streamline and better manage the workflow experience include the introduction of package and document status indicators, a link to imprinted instruments and document numbers. Package notifications are listed in the Web Filing inbox and can be filtered by file reference. In case of an error, omission or missing signature, customers can now create corrected applications to be attached in support of a corrective declaration, with only the Form Declaration to be e-signed. Contextual help is available to provide guidance.
