File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.
Web Filing: Execution Block Additions, Restore Deleted Records, and other System Enhancements
In response to customer feedback, the signatory fields in the execution section of Forms A, B, C Charge and C Release have been updated. Forms A, C Charge and C Release have been updated to “Transferor/Transferee/Party Signature(s)”. The Form B has been updated to “Borrower/Party Signature”.
Specific to Land Owner Transparency filings, if a transparency declaration or stand-alone transparency report has been accidentally deleted, it can now be recovered for up to 30 days after the deletion. Review help material for transparency declarations and stand-alone transparency reports.
In addition, ongoing web filing enhancements include streamlining data entry workflows, additional validation, and improved search functionality.
