Web Filing Features and Forms Available June 15

On June 15, 2020, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is introducing new features and forms in Web Filing. The new features include a template function which enables users to save frequently entered information for greater efficiency, and a new collaboration tool which allows customers to assign editing and e-signing permissions to users in another organization.

Additional forms that will be available in Web Filing are:

  • Strata Property Act Filing form
  • Consolidated Surveyor General (SG) form
  • Form 17 SG
  • Post Renewal form

The Property Transfer Tax (PTT) return in Web Filing will follow in the coming weeks.

Tutorial videos and help articles are available on help.ltsa.ca to support customers transitioning to Web Filing. We encourage customers to begin using Web Filing and provide feedback to contribute to ongoing development efforts. The LTSA will continue to refine and enhance Web Filing functionality over the coming months, introducing changes gradually to minimize disruption to our customers’ business and improve collaboration on system design.  If you’d like to provide feedback about Web Filing, participate in a future usability study for Web Filing, or participate in other LTSA business and technology consultations, please complete this form
