File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.
Updates to Forms Coming September 28, 2020
The Director of Land Titles will introduce updates to the natures of interest within three Web Filing forms and new versions of three PDF forms on September 28, 2020. These changes will take effect immediately upon release – customers are advised to download the PDF forms from within their myLTSA Enterprise account or from the LTSA website. Prior versions of the PDF form templates will still be accepted until their scheduled retirement in Spring 2021.
Customers are also advised the following E-filing User Guides and Publications will also be updated on September 28, 2020 to reflect the above changes to the forms:

Three Web Filing forms will include changes to various natures of interest, as follows:

The new versions of these three PDF forms will take effect immediately upon release. Please download and use the new versions for all applications effective September 28, 2020. Prior versions of the PDF form templates will still be accepted but will be scheduled for retirement in the spring.
