Please be aware that LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters are open by appointment only. Many common transactions are now available online. To book an in-person visit, contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) .

Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Service Notice: Restricted Access to Land Title Offices Starting March 19, 2020

Due to concerns about COVID-19, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is restricting access in all Land Title Offices to only its employees, direct access pass holders and Registry Agents until further notice. Land Title Office front counters will be closed; all other office operations will continue as usual. Thank you for your understanding as we take measures to keep the health and well-being of our employees, customers and visiting members of the public our top priority.

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, please take advantage of our website resources and electronic filing services to access front counter services such as:

Contact us by phone or email with any questions you have. You may want to consult a lawyer or notary to complete any filings. We also encourage customers to mail in less urgent requests to change information on title such as Change of Name or Change of Address. Applications and fees can be mailed to:
