As announced on March 10, 2021, the Director of Land Titles has now retired the PDF versions of the following forms effective September 12, 2021:
- Form A Freehold Transfer
- Form B Mortgage
- Form C Release
- Form C Charge
These forms must be submitted using Web Filing in myLTSA. PDF versions of these forms will only be accepted if they were executed or electronically signed before September 12, 2021.
New versions of the following practice guides are available:
- Valid and Retired Versions of Electronic Forms:
Document updated to retire the PDF versions of Form A, Form B, Form C Charge and Form C Release. - Directions for Completing EFS Forms:
Document updated to remove guidance on completing the PDF versions of Form A, Form B, Form C Charge and Form C Release.
