Re: Integrated Survey Area No. 42 - City of White Rock and Integrated Survey Area No. 45 - City of Langley

The City of White Rock was constituted as Integrated Survey Area No. 42 under authority of Order in Council No. 1580, approved and ordered December 19, 1991.

  • This has been confirmed by British Columbia Regulation No. 332/91 published in Part II of the British Columbia Gazette.
  • The official plans of Integrated Survey Area No. 42 are on deposit in the land title office in New Westminster under filing number BF 43724.

The City of Langley was constituted as Integrated Survey Area No. 45 under authority of Order in Council No. 1112, approved and ordered July 10, 1992.

  • This has been confirmed by British Columbia Regulation No. 352/92 published in Part II of the British Columbia Gazette.
  • The official plans of Integrated Survey Area No. 45 are on deposit in the land title office in New Westminster under filing number BF 376795.

All cadastral surveys lying within these areas must comply with Part II of the Land Survey Act and British Columbia Regulation No. 556/80, Part III.
