TO ALL BRITISH COLUMBIA LAND SURVEYORS

Re: Integrated Survey Area No. 20 - City of Nanaimo

The boundaries of Integrated Survey Area No. 20, within the City of Nanaimo, have been enlarged under the authority of Order in Council No. 465, approved and ordered April 6, 1994. This amendment has been confirmed by British Columbia Regulation No. 110/94 published in Part 2 of the British Columbia Gazette.

The official plans of Integrated Survey Area No. 20 and a listing of the new NAD 83 coordinate values for all the integrated control monuments within Integrated Survey Area No. 20 have been deposited in the land title office in Victoria.

All cadastral surveys within Integrated Survey Area No. 20 must comply with Part 2 of the Land Survey Act and British Columbia Regulation No. 33/96, Part 3.

Yours sincerely,

Patrick Ringwood
Surveyor General
