Re: Minor Amendments to Existing Circular Letters

Over time, certain information in Circular Letters becomes out of date. It is now the practise of the Surveyor General to prepare an update to a Circular Letter which will bear the original Circular Letter number with an appended A when minor, out of date information needs updating.

Circular Letters will only be updated in this manner when the edit is non-material to the matter addressed. If fundamental information or requirements have changed, a new Circular Letter bearing a new number will be published.

A listing of Circular Letters that have been updated in this manner is available here.

Yours sincerely,
